Cristina recently served as hostess helper for a rehearsal dinner at my home. The dinner involved 36 guests and a 9 course "small plate" menu. She was outstanding in handling all aspects of the evening, requiring minimal guidance. She assisted in plating each course, ensured guests were served each course, as well as cleaning up after each course. There was not a moment Cristina was idle during the 5 hour event. I highly recommend Cristina and will employ her in the future.
