Nelson explained what I needed in terms I could understand and gave me several options to go with. He was punctual and responsive. He had one of the best estimates, for installation of a sump pump, I received! I hired him after 4 other estimates based on his knowledge base,experience and cost. He's very personable as well and did not rush through the estimate or pressure me in any way, as some of the others did! The work was top rate and his workers and he were very polite and clean, laying down cloth for their paths and cleaning up, even moved my bins out of his way for me! I highly recommend him and his company, Premier! I am very happy with his work and feel I got a great value!

Nelson and his team came on site on time as discussed and worked 2 full days to complete the work contracted for. I can say they did an excellent job as i have not a drop of water in my basement since they completed the project. Their pricing was fair and their work speaks for itself. I would not recommend anyone but Premier Basement Waterproofing.
