I am an active and fit grandmother in my late 60s. Even with my healthy lifestyle, I was still getting aches and pains and having low energy. My doctor recommended yoga and after my first two classes, I decided it wasn’t for me. I just didn’t like it. I chose not to give up because of all the positive things I heard about yoga when I found Jenn. I started working one on one with Jenn and she helped me discover the fun and pleasure in yoga. Now I don’t dread doing my yoga. In fact I am now always looking forward to more yoga practice. She teaches me to find ways to move that feel amazing and help me to get stronger and more flexible in mind and body. My aches and pains have subsided, I feel more energetic and get better sleep. I am so happy that I didn’t let myself get discouraged by a couple of experiences that weren’t right for me and instead kept seeking answers. The answer for me was definitely yoga; and it is definitely with Jenn as a private coach. She cares about her students and puts her energy and years of experience to guiding her students towards their individual goals. She definitely does that for me. I’m happy to say that now I’m able to keep up with my energetic grandchildren. They love it when they see grandma doing what they call gymnastics!

As someone who likes lifting weights, Zenn with Jenn is remarkable for my recovery. I am significantly less sore with more flexibility and more energy. I am happier and calmer with a feeling of satisfaction even when doing nothing.

I provide a free introductory session where I get to learn more about clients and their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of training and experience in teaching groups and 1-1 of all ages, from parent+me, school age, teens, adults to seniors of all fitness levels. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. I've been certified in group fitness instruction, Pilates, Spinning, and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.
