After researching several companies, I hired Kola Construction to replace my concrete sidewalk. Sidewalk was in extremely bad shape, concrete was loose and breaking up. Ram is very responsive, thorough in explaining the job and answering all questions. He and his worker are skilled and dedicated to work from start to finish. All debris is removed and even surprised me repairing a few small cracks on my front steps. His prices are affordable. The sidewalk looks great and I am a satisfied customer.

These guys are the real deal. They honestly could not be better - I cannot say enough about Ram and his team. This was the third job Ram and his team did for my husband and I and it was a huge one, redoing a very large patio/deck that was made of concrete and rocks and it was completely seamless. We now have the most beautiful, brand new deck. Ram is an artisan, his entire team is so careful and conscientious and professional. We watched them lay every single stone with such care. You can count on them without hesitation. I first knew I wanted them when I met with Ram for a different project, redoing the walkway and porch in our last house, and I asked if he would be there when the work was being done and he said, I’m always there, my name is on the line with each job so I’m always there. Anyway, if you want great quality, value and someone who will show up when they say they will and do the work right, you’ve found the right company.

Kola did structural repair work on my house, replacing a couple structural columns that had failed. The columns were part of my front porch. Kola then did the trim work, deck railing, and painting to finish the job in excellent condition.
