Ram and his worker did an excellent job with several concrete and masonry repairs throughout our basement. We had a number of areas that needed attention, including long cracks and deteriorated sections of the concrete floor, deeper holes and damaged areas, repairs along the basement walls, and concrete steps that were chipped and separating.

They addressed everything we asked them to and did a great job. I was especially impressed by how efficiently they worked while still being thorough. They clearly knew what they were doing, worked well together, and completed a significant amount of work in a relatively short period of time.

The finished repairs look great, everything was left neat, and we are very happy with the result. Ram was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend him for concrete and masonry repair work and would gladly hire him again.

After researching several companies, I hired Kola Construction to replace my concrete sidewalk. Sidewalk was in extremely bad shape, concrete was loose and breaking up. Ram is very responsive, thorough in explaining the job and answering all questions. He and his worker are skilled and dedicated to work from start to finish. All debris is removed and even surprised me repairing a few small cracks on my front steps. His prices are affordable. The sidewalk looks great and I am a satisfied customer.

Ram came to my home and gave an estimate in a very timely fashion.. He explained clearly what needed to be done to do the job. He returned to the job sooner than I his guesstimate. And completed it in one day my husband and I are very happy with his workmanship to secure our yard for a small dog. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
