Alan was able to do all I wanted done on my window air conditioner install. He found I needed a support bracket up on my 2nd floor. He went to home depot and got a bracket and he modified it to fit the quirks of a house and porch roof built in 1857. He's smart, and that's a relief. He did this even though he mostly does a lot of Electrical work. Relieved and happy, no problems. all went smoothly.
