The cleaning team arrived on time, in uniform, and fully equipped, which immediately gave us a sense of professionalism and trust. Before starting, they took a moment to ask if there were any specific areas that needed extra attention, and they listened carefully to every detail.
During the cleaning, it was clear that every step was carefully planned. They started with the high-traffic areas like the kitchen and living room, making sure to thoroughly clean every surface, appliance, and corner that is often overlooked. The bathrooms were spotless—tiles, faucets, and mirrors shining like new. Even the smallest details, such as baseboards and door frames, were attended to.

This review is LONG overdue! Maxi Cleaning is truly one of the BEST cleaning companies I’ve worked with. Over the years, I’ve hired several cleaning companies, and unfortunately, the pattern is always the same—big promises at the beginning, and then the quality slowly drops. They overpromise and underdeliver, which usually forces me to start the search all over again every couple of years.
This time, while searching for a new cleaning company, I filtered my search by reviews and ratings. When I came across Maxi Cleaning, I honestly thought, “There’s no way they can be this good.” I had my office administrator reach out for a quote, and they responded almost immediately. The owner personally came out the very next day to walk through our facility and provide an estimate.
What stood out to me right away was the attention to detail. I am very particular, and during the walkthrough, they pointed out areas I hadn’t even noticed myself. That alone told me I was dealing with a true professional. Everything was explained clearly—what would be cleaned, how often, and what standards would be maintained. By the following day, I received a very detailed and transparent quote outlining the full scope of work. At that point, I didn’t even feel the need to get other estimates. I was sold.
