Each situation is unique, however we do our best to follow industry standard pricing for the services we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish contact and figure out if our services can help. Usually a quick consultative interview will uncover the trouble and is free of charge. Then if the needs and our services are a good fit, we'll move ahead with a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer and Network Engineering at Chubb Institute, CompTia, Microsoft and other vendor managed technical certification. 20 years direct IT support experience.
