Jhoe made it to Queens for months to connect my mini-splits. After the job was done and paid for, when somebody else blew a fuse, and the condenser stopped working, he came back to debug and repair.

Job was done with clean, responsive and professional manner. Jhoe is very knowledgeable and his crew takes care not to damage the property and to clean up after. Would recommend Jhoe to handle any HVAC work. I am updating this review after 1 year because i have since discovered a filter section was not added during installation and when i tried to add a filter the unit short cycled and we had no heat. I had asked Joe right after the install about how to change the filter but he was of no help as he know there was none installed. Another tech came in and said the unit was too large for the house. Joe either knew this and installed it without the filter to get it to work or worse he did not realize the issue and is incompetent. I think the former is true but whatever i have asked him to come back, install and filter and offer a solution like adding additional returns or larger manifolds. He has ghosted me so i am updating my review.
