Their cleaning and maintenance of my gas grill was way beyond expectations! Including a power washing of the entire grill. He even re-seasoned my grill grates… The tech they sent..Sakhile..was incredible. Totally detail oriented to the smallest detail. Will definitely use their services again!

Sk Tech replaced the burner tubes on my eight-year-old Weber Grill. He was very responsive to my queries about how best to proceed when I realized that some of the tubes were rusted out completely and needed to be replaced. He was fine with me, rescheduling our visit so I could order the parts online and therefore make his visit more efficient. He could just have easily been annoyed that I had reserved a time and then not used it but when he did come, after the parts were received, he was prompt and pleasant and did an outstanding job replacing the hardware on our grill. Before he replaced the tubing, only one of the three burners would light. Now the grill works like it was brand new! His charge was quite reasonable given all of the above and the quality of his work.
