My technician was very familiar with my Masterbuilt Autolite 545. After explaining the problem, he ran a diagnostic and was able to ix it in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend these guys!

My old treadmill was in need of long overdue service and I reached out to Sk Tech Solutions. The technician (Sakhile) was clearly knowledgeable about treadmills and understood what needed to be done to get my treadmill back to its former glory. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why, and made sure all was working well before he left. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend this company should you need treadmill repair or maintenance.

Appointment was flawless. Our rower was fixed quickly and the repair man was super friendly and professional. I would recommend this company easily. Much better than buying new equipment.
