- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set a solid foundation with all new customers . I gather information in regards to them and their pets .. I give them information regarding who I am an what I can do for them. I then schedule grooming appointments when it's most convenient for the customers...

I went to grooming school I also went to school to become an academy instructor which is teaching others how to groom ive dealt with the public for a very long time Ensuring nothing but Great customer service
