Words can express how happy I was with the work. I just proposed he had me mic’ed up for my engaged had 3 different devices catching audio! His work is clear unmatched, he will definitely be doing our wedding. And is extremely reasonable with pricing HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Matt was an awesome photographer!!!! He went above and beyond what I expected him to do!! He is super friendly and made us feel at ease for our surprise engagement photo shoot. He stayed after and also did some staged shots with us. He was very communicative and met us on the beach for the photo shoot. He even did a great job of hiding to maintain the surprise. 10/10 would recommend to anyone !! We are definitely looking to book him as our wedding photographer also !!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience Matt !!!

From the start Matt from Wind & Anchor photography was nothing but accommodating and reassuring. Due to the Covid pandemic, everything was an uncertainty, but hiring Matt was the best decision we could've made. From our very first meeting, we knew right away we were hiring a professional, but also someone who understood us as a couple and our needs and concerns. Communication was key for us, and he never lacked in that aspect. The services he offered in his packages are incomparable to what is often offered by others, especially now-a-days. On the day of the wedding, we both had obvious nerves. We had hired him from 2-10pm and he was on site at the venue several hours prior. This helped give us immediate relief on one of our most stressful days, and was a contributing reason it became our happiest day. He had scouted out amazing locations at Crystal Springs for us, and we both can't remember a moment when he sat down to even take a break for himself. All of our guests had nothing but amazing compliments of his work ethic and constant presence. My husband and I have been to countless weddings and have never seen a photographer/videographer work so hard, let alone receive so many compliments from guests! We will never be able to thank him enough for making our day absolutely magical. From first contact to the last photograph, he was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking to hire, Wind & Anchor is the choice to make.

To say we are happy with Matt is an understatement! He was always very quick to answer questions, was willing to do just our ceremony (although I decided to upgrade later to our reception and videography of the ceremony only) and he arrived early as I asked due to expected traffic. He captured our "first look" even though he wasn't even technically supposed to be on the clock yet. He was flexible on what photos we wanted and what moments we could slip away to take them ....we had our 2 babies there and they fell asleep haha but he had no problem waiting. He was very laid back and professional at the same time, he made us comfortable. We were also so happy to find someone who is a disabled vet (so is my hubby) .... initially that made us choose him over another photographer....and we are incredibly happy we did! I received our first look photos in 5 short days after the wedding....ive posted a few. ..the edits are beautiful! I can't wait to see the full set. Highly, highly recommended.
