- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We worked for companies for many years. We have extended experience in pricing on all size projects so when we give a price it will be a good and fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much history from customer as possible. We then focus on what can be saved and maintained then recommend what should be upgraded if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed refrigeration vocational training, hold an E.P.A universal certification. We are required to attend continuing training as a master HVAC license holder Also annual training and refresher training for new and older equipment.
