Journey Events helped me out with getting balloons for my sons first birthday while quarantined! She went out of her way to order the specific balloons I requested and was very responsive. She delivered the balloons exactly when she said she would as well. The only issue was that one of the balloons was torn and taped back up. It was not her fault I’m sure that it tore and it did last for his birthday and for us to get some pictures, but it was a bit of a bummer.May 4, 2020VerifiedYour Journey Events's reply
Hi Caryn! Thank you so much for the review. One of the large balloons arrived with a defect and with the quarantine there was no way to replace it I time. I tried my best to patch it up. I am so glad it held up for your photos!

My day of wedding coordinator stayed in contact with me from start to finish. During my first consultation, she went over everything in detail for the day of the wedding. Things I completely forgot needed to be decided upon. She had resources to help me make informed decisions. On my wedding day, all I had to be concerned with was what lipstick shade I wanted to wear.
