- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are moderately priced and based on the level of services provided. Let's discuss your budget and come up with a plan! When searching for a venue, keep a separate budget for outside assistance such as a decorator or day-of coordinator. PLZ NOTE: please don't respond using Thumbtack's suggested responses unless you are serious about booking the service. Once you use a suggested response we are charged up to $30. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a free phone consultation to assess your needs and vision. The consultation is followed by an email summary and estimate. Once approved I like to discuss any changes or suggestions before sending the invoice. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal training or education but I have been the lead planner, or decorator, or coordinator for my family, friends, and client events. I take great pride in my work and providing you with the best service.
