- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will never be the highest price. We pride ourselves on having fair pricing and if comparing "apples to apples", having the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with new customers is responding in a prompt manner. Usually within the first 20 minutes of receiving the customers contact information. Then setting up a time and date to meet with the customer. Examine their roof. Measure their roof. Then go over pricing options. It is very important for us to give our customers a great experience without any pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. It is our highest priority that we keep up with industry standards as they change so we can give our customers the best product and a roof that lasts as long as it should without any issues.
