They did an absolutely wonderful job and making my old 1950s pink and gray bathroom tile/grout look brand new. They recaulked around the entire tub, fixed grout in tub area and the entire bathroom walls. Looks Great!

Outstanding work on my son's 40-year-old bathroom. Rich and his helper made the tile on the bathtub/shower look like new and they did a great job on the original floor. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different in regard to pricing. The size of the job and how much work is entailed determines price. I also give 10% discount to senior citizens, law enforcement or veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to give you a free estimate and explain in detail the work that will be done. once we have agreed to move forward then we just schedule a date and my helper and I will come out to complete the work. Payment will be due upon satisfaction and completion of the job.
