I was sure what was wrong with our office system, I just knew things were running slow and our cable provider was no help. Korey called within 24 hours of reaching out to him. We reviewed the issue and he got to work on fixing our issue. He explained what he was doing along the way, and spoke in terms we would understand. It’s been 3 weeks and still our issue is resolved, he even followed up a week later to check on his work. We will be using Korey moving forward for remote services and onsite work.
