I think so many photographers are so trained to take the very same picture as the last one. Why can't they look a the vase on a pedestal from a different angle? I like to take pictures from those angles and try to do something fresh. Whats the worst thing that can happen from this approach? You hit delete. I love that after I take a clients pictures and edit them and send them proofs. The excitement from seeing them excited about the pictures is just so rewarding.

To be honest, this concept was so out of my comfort zone, but I knew it would be the perfect wedding day gift for my Hubs to be. So I contacted Dan and was super honest with him. He kept communication very open and I slowly became more comfortable prior to the photo shoot. The proofs he showed me were beautiful - which is not a way I talk about myself. He made me feel comfortable and confident for the whole shoot! I cannot wait to give this little black book to my man <3 I would tell every bride to go with Dan FOR SURE!!

Dan was great! We loved working with him. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed taking the photos, which made it a fun and memorable experience. I hired Dan for to shoot a shopping center for commercial real estate purposes. He took phenomenal photos, followed directions well without the need for clarification, and returned over 3x the amount of images we had asked for. So reasonably priced for work other photographers charge thousands for. Highly recommended. Great insight and artistic view. Professional. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into photography on a challenge from my wife to make a pinup calendar of her for her. We took our first pictures in Atlantic City and put them on her Facebook page. It blew up. We never thought that would happen. From that point on its been a whirl wind experience that I wouldn't trade for anything.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent pictures were from a wedding. I took the pictures of the happy bride and groom and their new merging families. You can do a lot of therapy as a photographer. Placing children beside new sisters and brothers to make them a new cohesive family unit. Very rewarding. I posted some of the pictures online and when you see the compliments it just makes you want to take more pictures!
