Introduction: We have the unique ability to offer joint counseling and coaching through Janet's many years as a Psychotherapist and Michael's training as a Certified Law of Attraction Coach. We believe everyone has the ability to create a life of their choosing. For us, that meant selling our home and traveling the world. Because of that, we only work remotely which enables us to not be limited by conventional office hours, traffic or location constraints. Janet and I have been fortunate to uncover strategies to living a live of our choosing and we enjoy helping others find their passion and doing the same.

I have had individual coaching sessions with Michael and have attended several of his Wingman events. By learning and following a daily routine of one-minute practices, I have seen big changes in my attitude and how I handle the ups and downs in my life. Also, I was able to let go of some old behaviors and replace them with more productive ones. Michael has made me a believer in doing daily exercises which really work to set my conscious mind on achieving goals and staying upbeat and positive. He is great at helping people focus on what they want and teaches simple yet effective ways to change your life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour session. $225 for first 3 sessions which include assessment and evaluation, customized treatment plan and positivity practices and accountability follow-up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to our client's issues and concerns so as to understand their situation and what they are looking to accomplish. We work up an assessment and evaluation, customize a plan of action, and follow up by keeping our client's accountable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Janet is a Psychotherapist and an LCSW with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She's been in Practice for 25 years. Michael is a Certified Law of Attraction Coach. He received his certification from the Quantum Success Coaching Academy and has worked with Dr. Bernie Siegel, Zen Masters and Buddhist monks. Through his "Be Your Own Wingman" company he has helped thousands of people develop positive habits, improve their energy and manifest their desires.
