FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here, at Champion Exteriors, we offer many available options for financing. We provide multiple flexible financing options and offer specials throughout our seasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the process typically begins with an initial consultation. During this stage, it's crucial to establish a clear understanding of the customer's needs, preferences, and budget. This involves a thorough discussion of the project's scope, including specific desires for siding, roofing, or any other exterior elements. Photographs of the current exterior and any inspiration images the customer has can be very helpful in this phase. The goal is to gather as much information as possible to create a tailored plan that aligns with the customer’s vision. Following the consultation, the next step is to conduct a detailed site assessment. This involves visiting the property to evaluate the existing conditions and take precise measurements. During this visit, it's important to identify any potential challenges or unique characteristics of the property that could affect the project. This hands-on inspection allows for more accurate planning and cost estimation. After the site assessment, a detailed proposal is prepared, outlining the project plan, timeline, materials to be used, and a comprehensive cost estimate. This proposal should also include any necessary permits or regulatory considerations. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved by the customer, the project moves into the execution phase. Clear communication is key throughout this stage to ensure the customer is kept informed of progress and any unexpected issues that may arise. Regular updates, either through meetings, phone calls, or emails, help maintain transparency and trust. After the project is completed, a final walkthrough with the customer ensures that all work meets their expectations and any final adjustments can be made. The ultimate goal is to leave the customer satisfied with a beautifully transformed exterior that enhances the aesthetic and functional value of their property.
