- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more session you purchase, the bigger discount. 10% off for 10 sessions. 20% for 20 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in person on day 1 I sit down with a client to discuss their training goals and see how they move. From that session, I write up a program for that client. to reach their goals. For remote clients I have a video consultation to discuss training goals and to have a better understanding what they are looking for. Once it’s a good fit for the two of us I send over an email questionnaire to collect more info. After I get that back I send out the following Monday the program over the Train Heroic app or email. For additional questions to training and nutrition I ask for the client to email me either text or a video. I review all emails in the morning daily.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications that I have to keep updated yearly and attend seminars. The certifications I have are ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA High School Strength and Conditioning, Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, IYCA High School Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification
