PLEASE NOTE: I do not work on the following items Phones, telephone systems, tablets, board level repair (soldering components), installing antennas on roofs, Techie stuff first... 20+ years in IT management, experience in all LAN and WAN communications. PC/Server setup, troubleshooting and monitoring services. Setup and secure systems, WIFI and remote access. now the above in English... i m here to help where I can. I have full time job but 90% of the repairs can be done remotly. rates are reasonable but negotiable. love doing this work so not looking to break the bank. Any and all PC computer issues (except below ) send me a note I'll get it fixed for you. Do Not do the following fix cracked screens of any kind repair MACs computers or laptops I will be honest before any work is done..if the repair is not worth the $$$ I'll let you know. I started looking for someone to help me with all my computer issues. As soon as I reached out to Joe, he was responsive, and then was available for me the next day. He stayed until we resolved all my issues and was competent in figuring out solutions. I appreciate that Joe is not out to take as much $$ as he can from people. He has a spirit of helping people which is unusually refreshing. I want to continue using Joe on an as-needed basis. I have not been this happy with any service I've engaged in a long time!

Joe had helped an older friend of mine in the past and they were so happy he was able to fix the problem remotely. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
listen I'm not going to get rich doing this as I have a full time job. I'm around this site to help people, I think my rates are reasonable I did 50% less then the average.. BUT money is not everything..so if you want to use me but you think my rate is high..then suggest a reasonable rate and its done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
very easy..you choose me,, I reply, we talk, decide on repair estimate and how repair will be done..locally or remotely.. easy as 123..well 123456
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
best education in the world..I have 20+ years hands on training..and I learn something every single day. if your interested in pieces of paper I have a draw full of them..in.my opinion all useless..I learn best in live environments.
