- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
listen I'm not going to get rich doing this as I have a full time job. I'm around this site to help people, I think my rates are reasonable I did 50% less then the average.. BUT money is not everything..so if you want to use me but you think my rate is high..then suggest a reasonable rate and its done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
very easy..you choose me,, I reply, we talk, decide on repair estimate and how repair will be done..locally or remotely.. easy as 123..well 123456
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
best education in the world..I have 20+ years hands on training..and I learn something every single day. if your interested in pieces of paper I have a draw full of them..in.my opinion all useless..I learn best in live environments.
