I cannot recommend the team from C&B highly enough! We had two failed experiences with other recommended services at the start of our move-in week, and I found C&B on Thumbtack and am so glad I did! The response time was lightning fast; we were able to confirm a very short turnaround time for the cleaning; the team was perfectly on time, well-equipped with everything needed, and friendly! The cleaning is extremely thorough, detailed, and exactly what we asked for in the walk through. Looking forward to working with C&B in the future — and you should, too!

Extremely happy with the cleaning that was done! The C&B team was responsive, professional, punctual, thorough and did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my apartment. Will be booking them for ongoing cleanings! I highly recommend them!

This is my first time ever having my home professionally cleaned and I'm glad I chose C&B. They were incredibly quick responding to me and were detailed in asking what I wanted done. The price was fair for the work I was requesting. They showed up on time and worked extremely hard the whole 4 hours. The cleaners were very cordial and polite. They left my house spotless. I'm overjoyed with how clean my house looks and look forward to hiring them again for future cleaning needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair according to the hard work that our cleaners do with dedication and professionalism.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a text message, then it escalates to a phone call to talk about the details of the cleaning, such as how many bathrooms, living rooms, there are in the house, once we have all the details, then we give our estimate and proceed to schedule one day for the cleaning and all the necessary data is taken to maintain contact with the client such as e-mail, name, telephone and how to have access to the workplace. One day before the cleaning, the work is confirmed and 30 minutes or an hour before arriving to the house. After the cleaning is done, the client is asked to inspect the house so that he is satisfied with the work and another visit is scheduled if required
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for cleaners, do not look for the cheapest, but for the quality, the reviews, the photos with past projects that prove the efficiency of the company. As they say you get what you pay for.
