- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are priced very fair and work with the budget of the customer as best we can to get them to the final product that they want. we offer discounts for a customer that gives us a referral to another customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
broadly discuss project. meet to take measurements and discuss finished details and materials to come up with an estimate and a time line for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
