- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job varies due to it's variables. Such as: location, size, complexity and whether design services are needed. If told a budget we do our best to comply. Different design options will be offered to show full range of a projects potential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we understand the projects expectations we come up with a plan to execute it. Everything is explained ahead of time so there are no surprises. Whereas we can create computer renderings to help preview an outcome. In many cases, supplying pictures to us saves time and money. This offers an opportunity to start right away with your project.
