Introduction: We do what others can't and we do it best. We are a urban mill. That means we cut trees down and mill them to lumber. From timber to lumber we mill and dry all shapes and sizes. Trained in DRT-rope and rigging. We go where the bucket trucks can't. Nothing hits the ground that we don't want. Then we bring what's left of the tree to the mill. Dry it to 8% moisture and sell the lumbar. I have a stock you can look through or I can deliver. What I don't sell I use for my own woodworking. You can call, text or email. Please leave a massage if I don't pick up. I may be in a tree. We do everything, anything wood. From the tree in your yard, to your kitchen cabinets. It's in the blood. I had the privilege of having KAG Urban Mill help my family and I with what would normally be a tedious home rehab project, to a home makeover project that felt as though we were involved (yet never in the way!) from inception, design and with every decision along the way. On time, and eager to not only finish the job, but excited about the process; KAG Urban Mill made what could be a tedious Custom woodwork job (cabinet rebuild with custom crown and base molding in my kitchen and dining areas) to a creative and eco-friendly choice from top to bottom!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give you a idea of cost from a picture or email and a exact number when I see the tree, for tree work. Lumber has a set price depending on spice and cut. Custom woodworking takes time to learn and drown up what you want so these estimates cost $100. All prices for tree work and lumber are free. You can text me as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to be as professional as possible, but most importantly we try to help. By giving you a honest answer. Even if we can't help or we are not the cheapest. We will always point you in the right direction. Or find the answers and investigate. You can't lose calling us.
