The guys with Assured Mechanical were top notch pros. Great job installing my new gas lines and Heater/AC. They were so patient with my questions and always went the extra mile explaining things to me. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs. I needed a new air conditioning unit. Paul L from Assured Mechanical answered his phone immediately the first time and every subsequent time I called throughout the process. That was very impressive to me. Paul was very knowledgeable and had a technician out the same day and quoted on the job. I rarely write any public reviews on anyone. This is definitely my first on Google. However, I feel compelled to do so because of the extraordinary service provided by Paul and his team. My heat stopped working around 9pm on a Thursday night and I was frantic searching online & calling to get someone to help me. I called two other companies before reaching Assured Mechanical my new go to heater man, Will. Assured Mechanical actually picked up the phone and did what they all say they're gonna do....be there when you need them. 5 stars isn't enough to dote my gratitude for Assured.

Our team has been around for quite some time now. We have been in all of the trades and on the management side of the trades. Assured has pinpointed exactly where the pricing for each individual job and service should be. We are fair and honest with our pricing. When you get a proposal from us, its not just one lump sum. We will break down each line item for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are open to work with anyone. In our industry we usually don't have the ability to tell someone we wont work with them. We try to treat every customer as they have been with us for years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2006. Every employee has a varied background in multiple trades. We have focused our talents on making Heating and Air our main goal and have been striving ever since.
