- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the time and tools required for each job. I offer flat-rate pricing for most common tasks so you know what to expect upfront. There may be a small service call fee for diagnostics or minor repairs, but that fee is waived if you move forward with the job. I also offer bundle discounts for multiple tasks booked at once. As a firefighter/EMT, I proudly offer a first responder discount—just let me know when booking. No hidden fees—just honest, reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and professional. Once you reach out, I may ask a few quick questions to understand your project and make sure I’m the right fit. From there, I’ll provide an upfront estimate and offer a few time slots that work around your schedule. On the day of the job, I show up on time, with the right tools, and get the work done efficiently. I’ll always walk you through the finished job to make sure you’re satisfied before wrapping up. Clear communication, respect for your space, and quality workmanship—that’s what you can expect every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a firefighter and EMT, I’ve received extensive hands-on training in safety, tools, building structures, and quick problem-solving, all of which directly apply to handyman work. Outside of that, I’ve spent years gaining real-world experience through side projects, home repairs, and helping others with everything from mounting TVs to flipping houses from the studs up. I bring the same level of precision and care to your home as I do in the field.
