Introduction: Others that do what I do , Personal trainers , are more often than not people who have discovered fitness either after college or when they purchased their first gym membership. Nothing wrong with that , but as for me , I was more born into a life of sports and training. As I previously stated I began pushing my limits at the age of 9. I would not only diet hard but I was also doing things like wearing a garbage bag under my football pads to loose the weight so I could play ( there was a weight limit) . I was also sitting in steam rooms and running on treadmills at that age. I know what it takes to push yourself . I know how to push someone else , I know what fighting an uphill battle feels like and I'm ready to help you fight ! Also , as my title states , as you're trainer I would be available to you at all hours , if you want to train at midnight we can , 5am we can, 5 pm lets do it . 24/7
What I like most about my job is making people feel good. A long time gym goer once told me , working out is not only good for you're health , it increases the quality of you're life. I found over the years he was absolutely right . Going to the gym not only exercises the body , but also tones the mind and the spirit.
