Paul was fantastic for our ride to the Beyoncé concert! He kept in great communication with us leading up to the trip and was right on time for pickup, which we really appreciated. His car was stocked with snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the ride even better. Paul was professional but friendly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
