Paul was personable & professional. He arrived early (always a plus). We arrived at my destination with time to spare. The car was clean with bottled water available. I have no roblem recommending this service.

We needed transportation at short notice. Paul responded quickly with a reasonable offer. We accepted and ultimately received excellent service! Paul kept in contact with us up to time of pick-up and charged a very fair price. Gorgeous SUV! Do not hesitate to book Paul! Ultimate professional.

We had an amazing experience with Paul as our driver! He picked us up after our wedding and got us home safely. He was personable, patient, and such a great conversationist, which made the ride feel so comfortable and enjoyable. Paul was also very caring, professional, and affordable — truly the whole package. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly driver.

Having Personal Touch Premium Transportation for my wedding day felt like one of those things I didn't have to worry about. Paul made sure to confirm timings with me, was transparent about pricing upfront, very professional and showed up early making sure that I was at my wedding on time. The car was so clean you could eat off the seats. Paul also had a great music vibe going on! He is very friendly and professional, and so kind and patient while we tried to figure out how to move all my wedding stuff into our hotel. Would definitely work with him again as well as highly recommend to my friends/family.
