- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable, they are fair and reasonable. Will be willing to work with the customer based on prices as their satisfaction is my top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I usually speak with the customer through phone communication to acquire a better understanding of their needs. After coming to a understanding, I then set up a time that works for me and the customer, view what needs to be done to finalize everything so I can then proceed with working as soon as possible tp deliver the best service and satisfaction the customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Specialized in any type of welding services and repairs, ALL welding services there is, I'm specialized in it.
