I offer the best and lowest rates in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a phone consultation to set your goals, expectations, and timeline. If you're selling, then we go ahead with an in person meeting in which you'll receive a listing presentation, a comparative market analysis, and an assessment of what your home could sell for. If you're buying, then we talk about what you're looking for and start an MLS search.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from the 75 hours to obtain my New Jersey real estate license, I have recently completed a continuing education course on real estate ethics.
