We had an all-around wonderful experience working with KRR Construction. KRR was able to repair damage to the interior walls of our basement caused by mold and water seepage and remedy the problem by constructing an exterior French drain. They then brought our house up to code by installing crawl space vents; and finished off the job by skim coating around the concrete block portion of our house for a uniform curb appeal. Other companies would not do this type of work but KRR jumped right in and did a complete and thorough job, on time and within estimate. The owner took time to listen and was responsive to all our concerns. We highly recommend KRR Construction.

We are so very happy with KRR General Contractors and the work done by Nik and his crew! We had 2 bathrooms totally remodeled and work was completed on time and absolutely beautiful work. Clean, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Also had a beautiful fireplace insert installed with awesome stone work. Check out the pics, they speak for themselves! Next up for KRR, the kitchen!! I highly recommend Nik for your next home improvement project!!

I first used KRR General Contractor to do a new patio / pergola with brick columns and stonework. They did such a great job that when I wanted to add a room on top of my garage, they where the first ones I thought of. This summer, I am planning to add pavers in my back yard and I will definitely call KRR. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

In my proposal, there is an expiration date for the price and the reason is that the prices of the materials are constantly changing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the new customer by text or e-mail, followed by a phone call to set up an appointment. I will see in person the project and write a proposal.

Over 23+years of experience. I am a problem solver in repairing Structural Engineering and Foundations. I love challenging projects.
