I started discussing my deck project with Sonny around January of this year. From our very first conversation, I felt comfortable working with him. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions. He provided an estimate within a few days, but I decided to wait a few months until after the winter before moving forward.
During that time, I did more research and decided to upgrade the project to Trex Transcend Lineage Island Mist decking with Trex Signature aluminum railings. Since these were considerably more expensive materials than we had originally discussed, Sonny patiently worked with me to revise the estimate and go through the different options.
After comparing his proposal with quotes from a couple of other contractors, I decided to go with INEX Construction, and I'm very glad I did.
Once I signed the contract, Sonny got to work right away. He provided all the documentation and drawings I needed for my homeowners association and township approvals. As soon as the permits and approvals were in place, he scheduled the project promptly.
Sonny and his crew worked incredibly hard and completed the deck in about a week. I was especially impressed with how patiently Sonny worked with the township inspector through the different stages of inspection and made adjustments whenever necessary. His crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work.
I'm extremely happy with how the finished deck turned out. The workmanship is excellent, and I've already had several neighbors comment on how beautiful it looks.
I would highly recommend Sonny and INEX Construction LLC to anyone considering a new deck. Sonny listens to what you want, works with you throughout the process, and has a hardworking team that delivers a beautiful finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Great experience. Sonny was very patient with all my questions and was very thorough with the explanation of the work he was going to do. Work was done quickly and they left the area clean.
We had a really old deck removed and an entire new one installed. I would highly recommend INex and plan to use them again with future work.
