- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the job Not By The Hr (thumbtack requires me to put a hrs rate so that is usually not accurate) the price i bid you at is the price it will cost to get the task done regardless of time. i have skills so something that could take someone else 2hrs to complete may only take me 1hr. im very thorough and particular and get things cone neat & right (see my reviews) if you want a hack for cheap that will do a slap job there are plenty on here & i im not for you. i take pride on making every customer happy and like to leave you with a smile on your face and will do ANYTHING to accomplish that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
information & thorough decriptions (with photos) are key! it saves time which saves you money and any unforseen surprises once original contact has been made i will give you my number and photos and info can be sent via text
