I am happy with the good job completed by Floors By Val to reinstall tiles for my bathrooms and fireplaces. The project involves multiple technicians from flooring and plumbing, and it’s very well managed and finished efficiently. I’m particularly impressed by the project manager Mike who is very responsive and client-focused to ensure our needs are satisfied. We will choose them again.

If you are questioning hiring VAL floors, stop and just hire them. You will not be disappointed, I promise. Michael and his team are phenomenal and detailed perfectionists. Michael goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy.
Michael made our home, our dream home, he took our vision and gave it back to us better than we envisioned. Michael and his team are knowledgeable, talented, and love what they do. They explained every detail and helped us achieve the exact color we were looking. They also inspired us to get creative with our floors which would depict our personalities. Our hardwood floors transformed our home into the feeling of walking into paradise, our tiles in our bathroom gave us that luxurious feel, and the vinyl in the basement gave us the adventure feel we were looking for. The baseboard and door framing turning our 1970s home into a 2022 in the matter of days. Hire them and hire them to do everything, trust me.. you are in good hands. They are high class guys doing a high class work for a decent price.

Michael and his team were such a pleasure work with. From the moment Michael came to my home for a free estimate, to his responsiveness to my many questions via text (even on weekends), to promptly providing all the paperwork I needed to give to my building management, to his team completing my 1200 sq ft apartment in two days, and more. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in a fair price for great service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with all customers and review the proposed job. I go over all the details to confirm we understand their needs. Once all is confirmed, we offer a proposal and review any questions the customer has. I manage the project from beginning to end. We do not take final payment until our customer is happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been managing projects for over 10 years. I would not hire a team member that would not work in my own home.
