Air Quality and Environmental Testing
Very flexible to work with

Home Inspection
Mike was very flexible during the whole inspection process. He accommodated all 5 tenants and actually came back to inspect a "hard to get to" tenant. Having worked with inspectors before, I can easily say that Mike went above and beyond to ensure that he captured all defects in his report. He also summarized the defects in the beginning of the report. The quality of the work was beyond compare. Thanks Mike!!!!

Home Inspection
Mike did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Our inspection report was thorough, comprehensive and detailed with excellent quality photos. Turnaround time was excellent. At first glance, Mike did not appear to be competitive with other quotes, but we then realized his quote INCLUDED termite and radon testing, while the others did not. Made his fee very competitive. Super nice guy too.

Home Inspection
Came in, went right to Work. Didn't bother him while he worked so I can't say much for any interaction. Answered questions at the end politely enough. Received report promptly as promised. Thumb tack Quote was close enough to actual price although it went up 50 bucks for a radon test. However, I was informed well in advance. I appreciated texting as I'm way to busy for phone calls.

Home Inspection
He was extremely hands on and really took his time to answer out questions. Very personable and was extremely helpful with maintenance tips. His report came out faster than Expected and was very very thorough. I would recommend him to all my friends!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is based on a combination of interior square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process for working with is new customer is helping them access their needs; do they need to have a property scan for any possible oil tanks, do they need to have a septic system inspected, etc. I recommend that these items be addressed BEFORE the home inspection begins to avoid a possible major obstacle / issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Twenty hours of continuing education per year are required to maintain your home inspection license in N.J. This is about equal to one semester at most colleges.
