Mike from Record Home Inspections was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. He took his time with the inspection and allowed for questions from beginning to end. I told him my girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and he shared many helpful tips on how to maintain the property. He pointed out flaws my untrained eye would have missed and was a real advocate for us. A few of the things he pointed out in his report saved us a good chunk of change as the seller credited us. His report was clear, straight forward and featured colored photos of everything he inspected and found flaws with. I would highly recommend him.Mar 4, 2017Verified

This is our first home purchase and thus first inspection - it was a great experience. Mike was so thorough, detailed and talked us through everything he was seeing. We brought our parents as backup but we all agreed Mike was on top of his game. Also, really friendly. Would highly recommend.Jun 20, 2016Verified
