Tina Schwab packed my apartment for my next big move as I purchase my first home. I was concerned about the safety of my grandmother’s china and other antiques, but Tina found a way to get it all safely wrapped up. She is thorough and professional, and also personal, approachable, and warm. It didn’t feel like I was bothering her when I was asking questions, and she shared helpful tips on how to keep organized during the move. Packing can feel like an overwhelming task but I could see that Tina had it under control for a safe, efficient pack-up. This was a 6 hour job and she started and ended on time. Although I’m a fairly organized person, I am REALLY grateful I did not attempt to do this myself; TSO made my move much less stressful! Now I’m all packed and ready to go. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is $75 an hour. I have package pricing so that if you buy multiple hours, there is a discount. The more hours you buy, the more of a discount you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a phone call to get to know the needs of the customer. I offer a free consultation that can be completed over the phone or in person. During the consultation, I will ask a lot of questions that will help me understand the vision for the space. Once I have seen the extent of the job, I will suggest the amount of hours that will be needed to complete the job. I offer the package of hours that will best suit the customer's needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with customers that are moving and want to get organized to prepare for packing and the new home. I have also completed packing full homes. I also like working with customers that want to organize their closets and need help sorting through their clothes. Kitchen pantries are also a great place to create systems of organization.
