FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use transparent, flat-rate pricing so there are never any surprise charges. Standard Service Call ($259): Covers full diagnostic troubleshooting during normal business hours plus a small repair completed on the spot (such as replacing a switch/outlet, resetting a tripped GFCI, or fixing a dead short/loose neutral found during the call). Emergency Service Call ($389): Available 24/7 for safety-related hazards (sparking, burning smells, partial power loss) with no extra fees for nights, weekends, or holidays. Larger Repairs: If a project requires extensive parts, new wiring, or panel work, we stop and provide a clear written quote before any work begins. Financing is also available on qualifying repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Call/Text: You contact us (day or night) to confirm what you are experiencing, and we dispatch a licensed electrician. Diagnostic Troubleshooting: We systematically check your service equipment, main panel, and the affected circuit. Most of our diagnostic calls are wrapped up in under an hour. Upfront Quote or Immediate Fix: If it’s a small fix covered by the service fee, we take care of it immediately. If it requires a larger scope, we give you a written quote so you can decide how to proceed before we touch anything else. Clean Workmanship: We complete the work strictly to code, leave the workspace immaculate, and provide full documentation for your personal records or future home sale.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
