I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. We unexpectedly lost power to all of our bathrooms and one of our bedrooms, so I searched online for a reliable electrician and found them based on their excellent reviews. Im glad I did.They came out the very same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. They were able to schedule the repair within a day or two and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. Throughout the entire process, they explained exactly what was causing the issue, walked me through the repair, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.A special shoutout to Alhe was cool as hell and made what could have been a really stressful situation a lot easier. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed.The workmanship was excellent, they were punctual, professional, and respectful of our home, and everything has been working perfectly since the repair. Great service. I spoke with Mariano over the phone and he did a great job explaining the different types of EV chargers and the incentives NJ offers for installation. They assigned a technician to come take a look at my house the same day. I was able to get the installation done the same week. Was a bit pricey but worth it for the work that was done. Happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, so there are never surprise charges.
Service call with one small repair (like replacing an outlet or switch): $229.99
Service call with full diagnosis: $259.99
After-hours emergency call, 24/7 (sparking, burning smells, power out): $389.99
Each extra outlet or switch on the same visit: $89.99
Larger jobs like panel upgrades, EV chargers or new wiring get a clear written quote before any work begins. Financing is available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Call/Text: You contact us (day or night) to confirm what you are experiencing, and we dispatch a licensed electrician.
Diagnostic Troubleshooting: We systematically check your service equipment, main panel, and the affected circuit. Most of our diagnostic calls are wrapped up in under an hour.
Upfront Quote or Immediate Fix: If it’s a small fix covered by the service fee, we take care of it immediately. If it requires a larger scope, we give you a written quote so you can decide how to proceed before we touch anything else.
Clean Workmanship: We complete the work strictly to code, leave the workspace immaculate, and provide full documentation for your personal records or future home sale.
