- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple and straightforward. NO bait and switch pricing that starts low then goes up for square footage, age or inspecting hard stuff! $395 Apartment Condo $495 Townhouse (even if it has a garage!) $595 One family - Any age, Anywhere in NJ - PERIOD $695 Two Family - (Add $100 for additional units after 2) Medical Offices, Retail, Municipal offices - Yep we do it all!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Homebuyers usually call when they enter their contract to purchase. Most have lots of questions- We try to answer them all. We get them a tentative appointment on the schedule to hold a spot... Once "attorney review" is complete, inspection gets confirmed. During the inspection clients tour the property with the inspector and get all of their questions answered. NEXT DAY - The client gets their report - There are usually questions so they can call the inspector for answers or schedule a time to review the report line by line. But it doesn't end there- any questions, concerns or clarification that is needed- our clients can reach out 24/7 for answers, advice or guidance about their new home- EVEN AFTER CLOSING!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
39 years in the construction/real estate industry. First flip in 1984. Many lessons learned on that first flip- and many, many more since. Continuing to learn and now sharing lessons and knowledge as an inspection service. Licensed Home Inspector, Radon Measurement, Termite/WDI inspection, Home Improvement Contractor, Licensed NJ REATOR, even a Notary! Also certified to fly the unmanned drone, do infrared, environmental scans, Mold inspection, Sewer Video inspection, Oil Tank Sweep, Stucco inspection, deck inspection, Pool inspection and jokester (did you really read this far?) LOL.
