- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try and give the customer the most professional services at a reasonable price. I may not always be the cheapest, but you will not find someone who works harder for their customers and protects their interests. The price I quote is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on whether its a quick repair or a major project. I always try and get the facts over the telephone or during a home visit. The more details I have, the more accurate the quote can be based on your exact needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years hands on experience as well as years of technical studies that I am continuously updating and adapting to new codes, products, etc. I am always learning new things and ways to provide superior service. My motto is "work smarter, not harder".
