James Finnegan has done many jobs in my home over the last 3 years. He has put in a bathroom in my basement. Fenced in my backyard with vinyl fence. Installed a new central air unit. Built a huge 2 level composite deck in my backyard. Turned my old dingy garage that I never used into extra living space. It is now my living room. Installed new laminate flooring through out the whole house. Installed new sink and vanity in my upstairs bathroom. The only way to describe Mr Finnegan is that he has hands of gold. His work is outstanding. He is neat. Cleans up everything. He is very knowledgeable and explains every detail of the job before he begins. He arrived at 830 am everyday as promised. I will only use Mr Finnegan as my number 1 contractor for my home. If there is a job you need done don't hesitate to contact him. As far as I m concerned he's the best out there.

James Finnegan did an amazing job in replacing my air conditioner unit(central air) .Also years later I needed a part for this A.C.unit , And Called Mr. Finnegan to look at it. He replaced a part for minimal charge.James Finnegan not only does quality work but always is there when you need him.He is honest and charges a fair price for whatever he is doing.I recommend James Finnegan for any repair work or replacement work.

I always try and give the customer the most professional services at a reasonable price. I may not always be the cheapest, but you will not find someone who works harder for their customers and protects their interests. The price I quote is the price you pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on whether its a quick repair or a major project. I always try and get the facts over the telephone or during a home visit. The more details I have, the more accurate the quote can be based on your exact needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years hands on experience as well as years of technical studies that I am continuously updating and adapting to new codes, products, etc. I am always learning new things and ways to provide superior service. My motto is "work smarter, not harder".
