Always happy to help. Thank you!
James was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and friendly guy. True to his word and very reasonable pricing. He wired a NEMA 14-50 50A for my Tesla model S and did clean work that passed on the first inspection. He also went above and beyond and took it upon himself to touch up some shorty runs in a junction box done by other electricians that were wrong. He would not even charge me extra for it until I insisted that I pay him for his extra time and work. For anything electrical in the future I will keep James at the top of my list!Mar 16, 2018Verified
This guy is the best around. A really nice professional. Clean and very reasonable. I highly recommend him. He will be my ac and heartening and Water guy from this point on. That is how much he impressed me. And I’m pretty handy and know my way around a water heater. Anyway. He is proved well and does very good work. Jim Even left to go to Home Depot before he started to pick up special equipment I wanted with the new water heater. Didn’t ever charge me for doing it and was like no sweat - I agree with you. If you looking hire Jim (Jedi tech.). You will be happy.Dec 29, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always try and give the customer the most professional services at a reasonable price. I may not always be the cheapest, but you will not find someone who works harder for their customers and protects their interests. The price I quote is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on whether its a quick repair or a major project. I always try and get the facts over the telephone or during a home visit. The more details I have, the more accurate the quote can be based on your exact needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 30 years hands on experience as well as years of technical studies that I am continuously updating and adapting to new codes, products, etc. I am always learning new things and ways to provide superior service. My motto is "work smarter, not harder".
