Our AC stopped working during the hot weather, and I could not find anyone available. Hazim responded within an hour and came the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty low-power switch and fixed it, so we were able to sleep comfortably that night - thank you!! He was very thorough and professional. He explained each step, tested for possible leaks, checked the unit carefully, cleaned out a chipmunk nest, and even noticed a roof leak that we had not seen. He also gave helpful recommendations, including using a cover for the unit. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend him.
