My name is Coni and I’ve been cleaning homes and retail business for twenty years. I am very thorough and thoughtful towards all of my customers. We use high quality solvents when cleaning and sanitizing. We do commercial windows as well as commercial office and retail businesses cleaning. We are available 24 hours for your emergency calls. Residential prices are $130 for a one bedroom one bathroom unit. $150 for a two bedroom one bathroom unit. $180 for a two bedroom two bathroom unit. $180 for a three bedroom one bathroom unit. $220 for a three bedroom two bathroom unit. These prices are for units up to 1000 square feet. Any unit that is larger than 1000 square feet will be have additional cost based on size and your desires. Exterior window cleaning and power washing is available for an additional cost. The cleaning service includes interior window cleaning, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning/wiping all furniture and appliances externally, sweeping and mopping floors. Maid service is also available, which includes washing, drying and ironing garments. My delight is in my customer’s satisfaction.
