"Oh baby baby it's a wild world." Cat Stevens was not kidding! The question is how do we stabilize ourselves in such a way that we can feel good throughout this wild life instead of being tossed around and pressurized by it? Wild World Wellness believes it starts with stabilizing the diet. Wild World Wellness provides nutrition services specifically tailored to the client's needs. This means that we make room for the things that the client enjoys while balancing it with what the body needs. I believe in eating pizza and drinking beer just as long as we are making sure that we can enjoy it and feel good about ourselves as well. My goal is to help people break out of the guilt-and-shame cycle that keeps us trapped in a negative state and keeps us from enjoying life, which is absolutely meant to be lived and enjoyed. Wild World Wellness also provides personalized yoga practices to assist in balancing the client's life and bringing forth more joy, peace, and personal power.
