I have 7 years experience as a maintenance person for apartment buildings. I usually do jobs at my work that included simple issues like plastering, replacing a faucet, assembling furniture or installing a tv mounting bracket to big jobs like replacing a door, installing cabinets, reglazing tubs etc. Also, I have 5 years experience as a plumber during which I did installation of new piping, emergency services, drain cleaning, replacing p traps etc. I think I would be a good option for hire, if you need someone who can come do the work for you, after your come back from work on the afternoons or on the weekends.
