I am fully certified and possess an extensive amount of private and corporate experience. For new clients, I offer a free consultation! In addition, all of my personal training sessions begin with a complimentary evaluation where I assess your physical athletic abilities and discuss your goals and visions. Mrs. Shapiro is an excellent personal trainer. She has had experience before in training people and knows her stuff. After training with her, i felt very refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about their training routines.

Training with Elana has gotten me to lose weight, tone up, and become more confident! I feel great after each of our sessions and it carries over throughout the week. I'm so glad I found her as my personal trainer.
