- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not cheap. I will admit that, but that’s because of the quality of work, time, and effort I am my team put in. However, would that being said I do offer discounts for those who are in the military either active or veterans, those in law-enforcement fire or EMTs, as well as teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically try to meet with a client initially, whether by phone or face-to-face to ensure that we’re both on the same page before any work is done. I like to understand the clients vision for the future and see if there’s any advice I can give them in order to make their future goals come fruition easier, and sometimes in ways they may have not realized were possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is around business, social media, and technology. My training specifically in this industry what’s from when I was younger before I went out into the world, built a career and family.
