Joelle came to my home this past week to start several organizing projects I have after downsizing from a house to an apartment. I found that Joelle really knows her stuff! We started working on my home office and after only 3 hours I could see a remarkable difference. I can't wait to see more of her expertise and visions that will make my life more manageable. I am so impressed with the work done on my craft room! I feel like I received therapy and organization rolled in a nice package. I was helped with letting go clutter and attachments that I needed to rid. I am so happy with the outcome and Joelle is such a sweet person. Joelle was amazing! She came in and got straight to organizing and optimizing my space. She helped me with sorting over 100 pieces of clothing and nearly 50 pairs of shoes for keepers vs donations, organized the keepers and even went to the store to get me items to keep me organized! I will be hiring her again for my daughter’s room.

Joelle was worth every penny. She is an amazing, efficient organizer and has a keen eye for detail. She’s also a wonderful person to chat with while working. Joelle helped me unpack and have a fully functional (large!) kitchen and dining area the day after our move. She came back on another day and really helped me to make the best use of our closet for suitcase storage, and helped us make our house a home by helping me hang a *ton* of pictures/paintings. I seriously cannot recommend Joelle highly enough. I would give her ten stars if I could!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My base hourly rate for any session under 5 hours is $65hr. However I do offer service package savings to clients ready to make a change quickly: $300 for 5 hours (best to get number of small projects done), $875for 15 hours (best for projects in larger spaces/ medium volume)and $1650 for 30 hours (best for large projects needing extra attention) ***1st session appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling and will be credited towards the balance due at the 1st session. The remaining balance is expected in full either during the completion of the first session or at the time of scheduling.)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A quick assessment via call, text, or email to discuss expectations and goals followed by a scheduled appointment(s) to achieve the desired results in a timely fashion.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’ve worked in customer service my entire career, so working closely with people and solving problems is my strong suit! I have goals of attending NAPO University to become a professional organizing specialist and becoming a local and national NAPO member.
