- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base hourly rate for any session under 5 hours is $65hr. However I do offer service package savings to clients ready to make a change quickly: $300 for 5 hours (best to get number of small projects done), $875for 15 hours (best for projects in larger spaces/ medium volume)and $1650 for 30 hours (best for large projects needing extra attention) ***1st session appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling and will be credited towards the balance due at the 1st session. The remaining balance is expected in full either during the completion of the first session or at the time of scheduling.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick assessment via call, text, or email to discuss expectations and goals followed by a scheduled appointment(s) to achieve the desired results in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in customer service my entire career, so working closely with people and solving problems is my strong suit! I have goals of attending NAPO University to become a professional organizing specialist and becoming a local and national NAPO member.
