Huge Improvement in Comfort and Efficiency!I had been putting off replacing my 35-year-old HVAC system for years, but finally committed after my old AC condenser failed this year. It's been over six months since the installation, and I can confidently say this was the best home investment I've made.My old 2.5-ton AC used to run almost constantly in the summer and struggled to cool the house. Since installing the new 3.5-ton unit, my AC bill has dropped by over 50%, and the system now cycles normally, keeping the house perfectly comfortable without running all day long.The new furnace has also performed beautifully this winter; the house is consistently warm, and the system is far more efficient than the old one.A huge part of this success is due to Aziz and his team. Aziz was incredibly patient and thorough, addressing all of my detailed concerns regarding the existing airflow issues, hot/cold spots, and the need for a higher CFM blower. Really grateful for Utkir and Aziz. I have been a landlord for 12 years and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. These guys are great. First time I have seen someone actually torque to spec in the field. Mini-split install was completed in 1 day with 2 indoor inverter units, 24k BTU total for about a 1000 sqft apartment. They cleaned up everything after the work was done. Really clean and honest work. The tenant was happy as can be also. Really great job and peace of mind. They also provided a 12 year warranty on the Fujitsu system installed. Would recommend.
